Universal Plant Services (UPS) partnered with Poetic to streamline their internal safety process with the creation of an app and web portal. Previously, process varied between plant facilities making it difficult to accurately track and report safety hazards. The most common method for employees to report the status of hazards was by paperwork—pen and paper. Now, employees log into their app or web portal and can easily search by hazard code and report the hazard’s status with a few clicks. Additionally, managers can now provide logged feedback for safety hazards.
